IBA® Conferences

There is an Indian proverb that says that everyone is a house with four rooms, a physical, a mental, an emotional and a spiritual .

Most of us tend to live in one room most of the time but unless we go into every room every day, even if only to keep it aired, we are not a complete person.

Mental health issues in the 21st century have resulted in it being harder for people to cope. Assumptions are made, labels given and medication supplied. Apart from the suffering experienced by the individual, the wider consequences to family, friends, communities, society and our limited health sector resources can be devastating.

Adam is a Professor in the Faculty of Health, Education and Life Sciences at Birmingham City University [link] where he teaches national and international postgraduate students. His core area of interest is human behaviour and emotional responses and how increased levels of self-understanding can correlate with increasing confidence and resilience levels.

Intelligent Behaviour Analytics (IBA®)

IBA® is a sophisticated framework which enables individuals to explore their Concept of Self in a meaningful way which is unique to them. It is based on the idea that developing an enhanced level of self-understanding provides significant value for individuals both at and away from work, individually or within a team.

Professor Adam Crizzle explains the thinking behind the IBA® framework in a TEDx talk at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire
